Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Barb’s Western Art, each piece of artwork is created with great care, time, and heartfelt intention. Because of the unique and personal nature of original artwork—especially commissioned pieces—we do not accept returns or offer refunds on original works of art.
Original & Commissioned Artwork
All sales of original artwork and commissioned pieces are final. These works are one-of-a-kind, and in many cases, created specifically with the collector’s vision in mind. We ask that you purchase original art thoughtfully, and feel free to contact us with any questions before placing your order.
Fine Art Prints
We do not offer returns or refunds on fine art prints unless the item arrives damaged, or there is an error in the order. In the rare event that your print is damaged in transit (e.g., torn, bent, or otherwise defective), please notify us within 5 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and packaging, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If there’s an issue with print quality or an order error, we will promptly arrange a replacement.
Exchanges & Cancellations
At this time, we do not accept exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review all product details and sizing carefully before purchasing. However, if you realize that you’ve made a mistake shortly after placing the order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate changes before processing begins.
